Various driving tasks in and around the client`s sites when needed (Must have a clean driving licence)
Handling boxes to various areas.
Dealing with New customers
Receipt of records with conditions of acceptance
Booking in of records
Indexing records in to Cimage
Scanning of records
Check and run reports in preparation to archive
Preparation of records.
Complete Quality Checking of records
Check and run reports in preparation for archiving
Retrieval of archive boxes as per customer requests
Research and retrievals as per customer requests.
Accurate and consistent data entry on to CIMAGE
