Administrative Clerk (Part-time)
CLERICAL WORK IN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT.
PAY: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Based on experience (Paid biweekly)
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
HOURS: 4:00pm - 8:00pm (20 - 30 HOURS A WEEK)
LOCATION: 12128 Burke St. Santa Fe Springs CA 90670
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have experience with Google Docs / Microsoft Office Suite
The Administrative Clerk, Inputs new and updated data into customer and inventories using multiple software systems.
Manages the incoming data input process including keying information, location information, investigating and resolving exceptions. Verifies that all information is keyed accurately and in a timely manner.
Update customer information. Research and resolve problems. and discrepancies through contact with customer.
Month end and quarter end reports.
Perform other related tasks and special projects as requested.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Perform some basic quality control auditing functions.
Prepare all projected documentation is completed.
Shipping Manifest entries
Asset Tracking.
SI-7 Entries – P7 and P16 after confirmation
Ryder entries
SITAD entries – Reconcile + Pics
WDS Entries – Copy, Log and file
Log Pictures – Load, Seal, Carrier and Weight
Green Path – Weekly BOL + Pics
E-Suite Reports – Log & Email Reports
KEY SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:
High-level data entry skills required, 50 WPM. Proficiency on a PC in an Google Doc and Sheets and familiarity with windows and word processing software;
Strong organizational skills and a attention to detail required
At least 1-year data entry experience in a Warehouse environment with exposure to customer service.
Communications skills, both verbal and written, in English.
10 key proficiency helpful. General office skills relative to phone manners, business correspondence and filing.
Reasonably expected salary range: $45,100.00 - $56,400.00
