The Manager, Global Deal Desk will lead a global team to facilitate the pricing and operational approval process for Global Digital Solutions opportunities across all regions. The Manager will work with GDS leadership to ensure that approval processes are scalable, efficient and promote speed & clarity in garnering approvals for new opportunities. The team will also provide financial modeling and support for large & complex opportunities. The manager will be a trusted advisor for stakeholders by ensuring that the approval process is faithfully executed and is evolved with business need utilizing the most accurate information available. Fantastic opportunity to build-out a team and lead a global standardization effort for how new opportunities are evaluated, won and implemented.

Partner with Commercial and PreSales team to provide timely approvals based on agreed upon business logic; provide training and ongoing support for supplied tools such as the PA model and informational dashboards
Maintain/update GDS specific PA Model information based upon financial changes, new products and other factors. Maintain Complex Model to facilitate consistent financial modeling across deals and product lines that do not lend themselves to the PA Model
Publish regular Key Performance Indicators related to the Deal Review Process and make recommendation on actions to be taken based upon actual results
Provide experience to the team and bring scalable and standardized processes to other Iron Mountain regions e to streamline the Deal Approval Process around the globe
Acts as a single source of truth for all such contracts, pricing, quotes, proposals, discounts, and approvals
Ensure that high value complexdealsin the pipeline sail through and get signed
Solid understanding of financial analysis including time value of money, depreciation, fixed cost allocation and return on investment.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) considered a huge asset
Strong desire to enable commercial partners to win business through executing an efficient and transparent approval process
Excellent communication and relationship building skills to develop trust with stakeholders around the globe and across the organization
Understanding of how technology can be leveraged in workflows, analysis and reporting
Intermediate spreadsheet skills with Salesforce.com and Google Data Studio a plus.
Experience in managing remote and international desired
