ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…
A key leadership team role within Global Digital Solutions organization that collects, organizes, analyzes and publishes key data points from across the business to inform key business decisions. Director will lead a global team specializing in the collection and publication of information including sales\commercial performance, financial performance, operational performance and SaaS product usage information in support of making strategic decisions to shape the future of the business. Director will be a trusted advisor to leaders around the globe in growing their Digital Solutions business through timely presentment of actionable data. Role will also have product ownership over business unit’s reporting toolsets and oversee the creation of scalable internal processes to support new product offerings.
Collect and publish business data and key performance indicators on expected cadence
Participate in analysis of data and trends to drive action that shape the future of the business
Maintain product roadmap for operational reporting tools based upon user input and business priorities
Continuously improve collection and presentment of data through automation and standard corporate tools. Continuously evaluate and recommend the right KPIs for the business as the business evolves
Oversee and continuously improve commercial deal approval process to promote efficiency and support of the commercial organization in attempts to garner additional revenue
Develop & cross train talent around the globe in order to provide more insightful analysis to stakeholders
Ensure internal processes for new products such as KPI collection, billing, new customer onboarding, etc. are scalable and as automated as possible
Ad-hoc reporting and initiatives as directed.
Excellent ability to understand data, identify trends and ‘connect the dots’ across diverse data points to yield actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Solid reporting skills and understanding of underlying technologies for collection and massaging of data
Excellent presentation skills both verbally and in presentation format in order to create easily understood data and conclusions to be drawn.
Comfortable with financial reporting and cause and effects of business actions on the income statement
Experience in managing remote & international resources helpful, multiple languages also helpful
Sales Operations, financial planning & analysis, SaaS product experience or other relevant experience required.
