Job Summary: Performs general custodial tasks of structured cleaning practices, methods and processes.
Keep building in orderly condition.
Clean carpet and hard surface floor cleaning and care.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting of furniture, walls, fixtures and equipment.
Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms .
Removing trash and replenishing restroom supplies.
Cleaning and disinfecting of kitchen areas to include refrigerators and small appliances.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
High School diploma or an equivalent.
Knowledge of custodian equipment and good housekeeping practices.
Basic PC skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs safely over your head. To include standing, bending and kneeling as needed to perform this task.
Able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Candidate must be able to physically complete general cleaning tasks to support training and assigned work.
