JOB DESCRIPTION:

Imaging Production Specialist II, perform scanning, auditing, QC functions, packaging of product, data entry and CD burning. Act a resource for questions, assist in the training of new Specialists. As a Document Research Specialist you will be assigned to a courthouse in Burt, Sanders & Dodge, NE Counties. This role is primarily responsible for taking images of county documents and uploading them into a database. Documents can range anywhere in age from early 1800s to present. We prefer candidates that have prior records management, document processing, or librarian experience. Please note, in this role you may have to commute between various courthouses within the area.

PAY: $20.00 per hour (paid biweekly)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (FULL TIME- TEMPORARY UNTIL 2023)

HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

LOCATION: 1601 Leavenworth Street, Omaha, NE 68102 (off site location Tekamah, NE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scan hardcopy files to electronic images, assuring a quality image. Burn project CDs

  • Perform some basic quality control auditing functions

  • Prepare product for delivery and assure all projected documentation is complete

  • Prepare hard copy records for scanning

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiarity with PCs, Cameras, Microfiche machines and other computer related products

  • Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English

  • Maintain record order and sequence

  • Understand the importance of detail and accuracy

  • Work independently with minimal supervision

  • High detail orientation, ability to perform data entry functions, ability to quality control work

  • Some customer interaction

  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates

  • Manage workload to meet deadlines

  • High school diploma completed
