We are looking for a creative Training Content Creator to write and publish various types of training materials. You will be responsible for the contribution of information to any training-related media to create both digital and offline content that caters to the interests of our workforce.

Responsibilities:
Create various content types (videos, software tutorials, PowerPoint, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts.
Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
Research on industry-related topics.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in English, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field or 4 years of professional experience in a relevant area
3+ years experience of training, customer service, quality assurance, or related industry experience.
Experience with graphic design and content development software (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360).
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is desirable.
Strong skills in writing, editing, and fact-checking long-form content.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

Asset Lifecycle Management
Iron Mountain’s Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) business is responsible for the deployment, management, and ultimate decommissioning and disposition of technology assets. These include hard drives, servers, laptops, tablets, and network devices that contain customer or organizational data that needs utmost safeguarding when they reach their end of useful life.
In the process, ALM takes IT assets to sanitize, clean, and remove the data and recycle or repurpose in a sustainable and environmentally sound way.
