Crozier is seeking a Regional General Manager (RGM) for the Northeast US to join our team.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Regional General Manager serves as a market leader and business owner, with responsibilities for driving and managing revenue, costs, and financial performance of the business, including the overall client experience, commercial engagement and operational excellence and revenue and cost management. This role leads market-based teams on all aspects of client engagement, market-based Operations, and client support while partnering with other functions/teams to coordinate strategic selling efforts for the market, leveraging access to shared services and corporate functions.
Client Relationship Management – The RGM is the senior executive representing the company and its brand to clients, partners, other Iron Mountain business units and the fine arts community. The RGM supports local business development and account management teams to pursue opportunities, and to help remove obstacles that impede revenue generation. Further, the RGM develops and maintains top relationships with clients, partners, trade associations and the local fine arts community. They also drive global initiatives within the market.
Financial Oversight – Manage market financial performance by owning full P&L responsibility, including operations and commercial results, analyzing trends and developing appropriate plans. Manage against annual operating and long-term capital budgets that are consistent with market strategy, and manage capacity utilization. Assist in pricing and structuring deals to acquire new business with the objectives of maintaining a high rate of growth, increasing market share, and improving profitability by achieving operating leverage.
Revenue Management – Drive revenue growth for the market by effectively managing commercial resources and collaborating with commercial teams to develop, identify, and implement high-impact selling strategies. Develop relationships with top customers in the market. Jointly responsible with sales teams for generating sales required to meet target revenue goals.
Operational Excellence, Standards & Compliance – Review and analyze activities to manage resource allocation, business capacity, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure safety & security practices and procedures are followed and understood by the team. Build capacity that ensures the quality of delivered services is continuously improving. Effectively manage the in-market operations team to sell and deliver Crozier services efficiently while efficiently managing costs. Facilitate collaboration with global operations functions, including Domestic Transportation, Crating, Special Projects, Artist Exhibits, Engineering, and Facility Maintenance to drive efficient performance for the overall market. Responsible for semi-annual self-audits for the market and implementing practices that drive continuous improvements.
People and Culture Leadership – Responsible for recruitment and development of talent within the market. Drive annual review process adhering to timeline and budget guidelines—overall responsibility for employee relations, counseling, and performance management for the market. Interface with employees regularly in roundtables, staff meetings, and one on ones. Act as a change agent within the market. Communicate critical company and market updates to the team. Ensure Crozier and Iron Mountain’s core values are upheld throughout the market, providing the necessary leadership and focus to the frontline workforce. Foster and promote a positive work environment for all employees.

P&L Leadership – Proven ability to manage the financial performance of the market by analyzing trends, owning P&L results, and developing appropriate execution plans aligned to business goals. Experience managing against annual operating and capital budgets

Exceptional Problem Solving - Ability to manage the trade-off between performance and economics. Solid experience handling various situations such as customer, service delivery, and people issues.
Market Knowledge - Fine arts market experience preferred
