Iron Mountain Record Center Coordinator, Entmt Svcs in Little Falls, New Jersey

Responsibilities:

  • Delegate assignments to team of 4 specialists and follow up for completion of said assignments in a timely manner

  • Monitor/prioritize all projects and and complete in a timely manner

  • Keep in constant contact with supervisor/manager regarding any operational, safety and security, personnel issues

  • Communicate any project issues with Account managers

  • Any SKP service issues need to be communicated to IMES customer service

  • Be on call for two weeks every other month. To service a 24 hour customer and general alarm calls

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • SafekeeperPLUS experience a plus

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

  • Familiarity with Gsuite applications

  • Basic computer skills, email and phone etiquette

  • Be able to lift 50 lbs

  • Stand for 6-8 hours a day
