OPERADOR DE ENTREGAS
Realizar operações externas de entrega e coleta de materiais, acompanhando os Motoristas, representando Iron Mountain no contato direto junto aos clientes.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS:
Realizar o carregamento e descarregamento dos veículos com os materiais transportados: caixas, documentos, suprimentos, malotes e mídias;
Controlar e conferir a carga do veículo antes do início das atividades de entrega; 3. Controlar as operações de entrega através do uso de equipamento de controle (Incontrol) e preenchimento de planilhas de controle (uplog) e ocorrências da rota; 4. Acompanhar e apoiar os motoristas nos serviços de acordo com a roteirização do Roadnet;
Relacionar-se de forma cortês e profissional com os clientes da Iron Mountain. 6. Utilizar o crachá de identificação e uniforme da companhia da forma correta;
Reportar a Central de Monitoramento de Transportes no caso de qualquer tipo de incidente ou ocorrência;
Realizar tarefas correlatas de acordo com solicitação do gestor imediato.

Ensino Médio Completo
CONHECIMENTOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS:
Experiência com entregas e Atendimento ao cliente Conhecimento de ferramentas
