About the Role

As a Senior Executive – Digital Solutions, you will play a key role in managing digitization and scanning projects across customer sites and IMI facilities. You will be responsible for supervising both internal and vendor teams, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery as per the defined scope of work.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing Proof of Concept (POC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Work Completion Certifications (WCC), while supporting vertical leads in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. We are looking for someone who is technologically curious, open to automation, and experienced with scanning equipment and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute scanning and digitization projects end-to-end

• Supervise on-ground teams, including vendorized staff

• Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and defined scopes of work

• Manage POC, UAT, and WCC documentation and sign-offs

• Support leadership in meeting revenue targets

• Drive adoption of automation and digital tools

• Operate and oversee various scanning devices and production imaging equipment

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate (mandatory); MBA in Operations preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in scanning and digitization projects

• Experience managing teams of 50+ members

• Hands-on knowledge of scanning equipment (ADF, Overhead, Flatbed, BookEye, etc.)

• Strong understanding of metadata, DMS, and workflow automation

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MIS reporting is essential

• Customer-focused, team-oriented, and flexible with relocation for projects

• Prior experience in the digitization industry will be an added advantage
