Designation: Senior Executive – Digital Solutions

Reporting Locations: Uttarakhand & Himachal Pradesh

About the Role:

As a Senior Executive – Digital Solutions at Iron Mountain, you will be responsible for managing scanning and digitization projects at both customer sites and Iron Mountain facilities. This role involves supervising ground teams, including vendor staff, and ensuring seamless, high-quality, and timely project execution. You will support key project milestones such as POC (Proof of Concept), UAT (User Acceptance Test), and WCC (Work Completion Certification), and assist vertical leads in meeting revenue goals.

You will be expected to embrace automation opportunities and have a strong understanding of imaging equipment and digital project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage scanning and digitization projects end-to-end.

  • Supervise a team of 50+ members, including vendor staff.

  • Plan and ensure qualitative, timely project delivery in line with the scope of work.

  • Manage project sign-offs including POC, UAT, and WCC.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders for automation and workflow enhancements.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Maintain detailed MIS reports using tools such as Google Sheets.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of scanners and imaging equipment (ADF, Overhead, Flatbed, BookEye, etc.).

  • Act as a customer-first ambassador and be open to relocation as per project needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate degree required; MBA in Operations preferred.

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in digitization/scanning projects.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale digitization teams (50+ personnel).

  • Strong understanding of metadata, DMS, and workflow automation.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and MIS reporting.

  • Experience handling various types of production scanners.

  • Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirements.

  • Prior experience with document digitization projects will be an added advantage.
