Special Projects Associate - This unique role is primarily assigned to the Dallas Special Projects team. This team is tasked with completing a variety of job assignments for our customers - either onsite at their locations, or within our Iron Mountain warehouses in the DFW metroplex and Texas. The types of special projects we focus on are: packing, prepping, and shipping records such as open files, boxes, and books; data entry listings; reboxing/relidding of damaged boxes; and retrieving and storing boxes by request types (delivery, putaway, destroy, termination, withdrawal).

Travel needs (50%-75%) fluctuate due to customer requests as the team services different parts of Dallas and North/West Texas. We cover all travel costs (hotels, meals). Any covered meals you pay for as well as mileage while operating your personal vehicle for travel is expensed and reimbursed to you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • English reading, writing, and communication skills

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of industry tools and equipment

  • Basic knowledge of computer-related equipment, internet, and data entry

  • Operate tools and equipment

  • Lift up to 60 pounds regularly

  • Remain stationary as well as perform repetitive motions for extended periods

  • Climb, stoop, crouch, kneel, push, and pull regularly
