We are seeking an Implementation Manager who will be responsible for planning, leading and executing successful complex project engagements for new and existing customers, seamlessly transitioning the customer to the account support team. In this position you will work closely with the Sales Organization, Field operations, Account Services, and Customer Service Group (CSG) to coordinate and execute the implementation of major projects within the NAO service lines.
What will you do
Plan, monitor and execute successful projects within the NAO service lines
Work closely with the Sales Organization to ensure that project scope and requirements are clearly defined and understood
Coordinate with Field Operations and CSG to ensure that project resources are available and utilized efficiently
Engage Account Services during the project to ensure that the customer's needs are met and that they are satisfied with the project outcome
Transition the customer to the appropriate account support team at project completion
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements
Manage project risks and issues, and escalate to management as needed
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
Several years of experience in project management or implementation management, preferably in the technology industry
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PMP certification preferred
Business professional English (both written and spoken)
British National who has lived in the UK for more than 5 consecutive years and is able to pass a Home office Security Clearance check (SC)
