About the Position
This is a Casual opportunity, which will not include benefits!
Shift- Monday- Friday 12 am - 6am
Pay Rate- $ 16.00-17:00 DOE Per Hour (occasional overtime available)

Operational Tasks - Accurately processing financial documents according to the specifications. Meet processing goals and individual metrics. Effectively communicate with peers and management. Research and resolve customer issues. Excellent PC and keyboarding skills used throughout the day with high attention to detail to match names, numbers, and other data to documents. Cross train employees or provide new hire training as required.
Teaming/TCS – Consistently meet/exceed customer service level standards and metrics. Understand the daily volumes to meet service levels/performance and obtain feedback.
Human Resources/Workforce Leadership – Be familiar with the employees schedule including timecards, vacation and team meetings. Be a positive force in the operation.
Safety & Security - Ensure compliance with Federal, State/Provincial and local laws, as well as, Iron Mountain policies and procedures. Take active role in Facilities Self Audit program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
1 years of recent experience in the mortgage service or document custody industry in a multi-business and multi-site operation.
Experience in a goal oriented fast paced production based environment.
Must possess or have experience in performing repetitive work task(s)
Basic understanding of accounting and factors that affect margins
Basic Verbal and Written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent PC and Keyboarding skills used throughout the day with high attention to detail to match names, numbers, and other data to documents
Most demonstrate and maintain excellent attendance
Ability to move quickly/accurately with hands while multitasking
Ability to work Overtime and Saturdays with short notice
Must be Detailed-oriented
Minimum Education: HS Diploma/GED Minimum Experience: 3-6 mos
Preferred Education: 2Yr Degree + Preferred Experience: 1+ years

Physical Requirements (lifting/standing/sitting):
Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required.
Sitting required for 70-80% of the day.
Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of:
