Pay: 50K - 60K Shift: 8am - 5pm Role will be responsible for centralized mortgage training program which includes: Corporate training, Agency training as well as specialized training. Additionally responsible for training and procedure interaction between client and IM organization responsible for the client programs Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain current training material for both organization and customer specific training.

  • Analyze the effectiveness and relevance of on-going training curriculum and delivery; identify needs, and formulate appropriate recommendations of action plans for enhancements.

  • Organize and develop training documentation, reference library, multimedia visual aids, testing and evaluation and other educational materials to support curriculums.

  • Measure and monitor training effectiveness, analyze results and make modifications where appropriate.

  • Provide a standard architecture design and structure for training programs.

  • Support new product or service launches by participating in project teams and ensuring training programs are prepared to support launches of new initiatives.

  • Develop and maintains a skill based certification program for all roles that aligns with organizational objectives.

  • Additional coordination of team events as needed

Interpersonal Skills: This position requires good communication skills to communicate effectively internally and externally and be effective with training. There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain which included Iron Mountain teams outside of current division. External communication may consist of customer calls, written and verbal communication. Qualifications:

  • This role requires a least 3-5 years of experience in the creation and/ or delivery of adult education programs

  • Knowledge of the principles of adult learning as well as overcoming the barriers to their motivation will be necessary.

  • This will require collaboration with field, centralized leaders to develop associated communication plan to share results internally and externally. Supplemental training adjustments and individual training goals will be established, dependent on these findings.

  • This individual should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • They should have proven expertise in their ability to adapt to changing priorities, meeting deadlines and work well under pressure.

  • They should demonstrate extensive experience and judgment to plan and execute goals.

  • They should be competent in Microsoft office Suite and Google G Suite and proficient in all training modalities.

  • This person will support the Iron Mountain core values and lead with a positive attitude.

  • This person will have a proven track record of exemplary problem solving and creative thinking skills.

  • Education / Experience: 4-year College Degree / 3 - 5+ Years

  • Preferred knowledge of Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie certification a plus
