Schedule: Monday – Friday + Saturday or Sunday (depending on business needs)
Job Summary: Oversee the day-to-day processes and teams for all operations under assigned scope of control in the most cost-effective and customer satisfying manner by leading and coaching a high performance team. Ensure all employees understand and follow Safety and Security procedures. Interface and communicate daily with customers internal and external. Resolve issues, plan and staff area of responsibility, training, adhere to all apartment and compliance standards. Monitor metrics and service levels throughout the day. Knowledge of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines as well as other industry regulations are a plus. Mortgage document and process familiarity is required for the leader. Responsible for overall supervision of the specific tasks as well as daily reporting.
Operational tasks- accurately process financial data and employee information. Build internal and external relationships. Lead, mentor, cross-train and provide accountable standards and measurements to all Department employees. Assist in time studies as requested by the business. Research and resolve customer issue while assessing work procedures. Manage all projects and daily timelines. Must be able to multitask and prioritize competing task. Excellent PC, keyboarding skills, and high attention to detail to match names numbers and other data to documents is required.
Teaming / TCS- Consistently meet and exceed customer service level standards and act as the “voice of the employee”. Meet with your department daily to review service levels, performance, and obtain feedback.
2-5 years of experience in a leader role in the mortgage servicing or document custody industry in a multi-business multi-site operation.
Supervising and overseeing teams of 20+ Associates.
Excellent PC and keyboarding skills with high attention to detail to match names numbers and other data to documents.
Experience in a goal-oriented fast-paced production-based environment. Ability to supervise, oversee and identify efficiencies within repetitive operational tasks.
Basic understanding of accounting and factors that may affect margins.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must physically work in the office.
Effective communication with Senior Management, staff, internal, and external customers.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must maintain excellent attendance.
Ability to move quickly and accurately with hands while multitasking.
Ability to work overtime on Saturdays with short notice.
Must be detail oriented.
