Overtime when necessary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Accurately processing financial documents according to the specifications.

  • Meet processing goals and individual metrics.

  • Effectively communicate with peers and management.

  • Attention to detail to match names, numbers, and other data to documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-6 months of experience in a mortgage service or document custody industry in a multi-business and multi-site operation preferred.

  • 3-6 months document processing/scanning required.

  • Excellent PC and Keyboarding skills.

  • Experience in a goal oriented/fast paced/production environment.

  • Must possess or have experience in performing repetitive work task(s)

  • Strong organizational/time management and basic communications skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Must demonstrate and maintain excellent attendance

  • Ability to multitask and be detailed-oriented.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift/move/push/pull - equipment/cases/metal containers/boxes weighing 10 lbs – 40 lbs.

  • Must be able to climb stairs.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
