Overtime when necessary
Accurately processing financial documents according to the specifications.
Meet processing goals and individual metrics.
Effectively communicate with peers and management.
Attention to detail to match names, numbers, and other data to documents.
3-6 months of experience in a mortgage service or document custody industry in a multi-business and multi-site operation preferred.
3-6 months document processing/scanning required.
Excellent PC and Keyboarding skills.
Experience in a goal oriented/fast paced/production environment.
Must possess or have experience in performing repetitive work task(s)
Strong organizational/time management and basic communications skills.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Must demonstrate and maintain excellent attendance
Ability to multitask and be detailed-oriented.
Must be able to lift/move/push/pull - equipment/cases/metal containers/boxes weighing 10 lbs – 40 lbs.
Must be able to climb stairs.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
