Positions Available: Mortgage Solutions Specialist I & II

Friday- July 10th , 2020

9am – 5pm

Location: Iron Mountain

2322 French Settlement Rd.

Dallas, TX 75112

Iron Mountain is hiring Mortgage Solutions Specialists.

About the Position:

  • Shift- Monday- Friday

  • Level 1-6:30 am-3:00 pm

  • Level 2- 3:00 pm- 11:00pm

  • Pay Rate per hour

  • Level 1- $15.00 p/h

  • Level 2-$17.00 p/h

Level 1 Job Duties:

  • Mortgage document and process familiarity a plus

  • Recent mortgage service/document custody experience a plus

  • Mortgage Document preparation

  • Document Scanning and indexing tasks

  • Content review and certification responsibilities

  • Data Entry and good typing speed

Level 2 Job Duties:

  • 1 years of recent experience in the mortgage service or document custody industry in a multi-business and multi-site operation.

  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae guidelines.

  • Experience in a goal oriented fast paced production based environment.

  • Must possess or have experience in performing repetitive work task(s)

  • Basic understanding of accounting and factors that affect margins

Skills Required:

  • Basic Verbal and Written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Excellent PC and Keyboarding skills used throughout the day with high attention to detail to match names, numbers, and other data to documents

  • Most demonstrate and maintain excellent attendance

  • Ability to move quickly/accurately with hands while multitasking

Physical Requirements (lifting/standing/sitting):

  • Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required.

  • Sitting required for 70-80% of the day.

  • Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of 20 pounds
