Work Scheduled: Monday – Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexible)
Utilize designated/centralized tools and systems of record to capture and coordinate all client inquiries. Effectively collaborate with all internal groups to ensure delivery of service level agreements and client expectations.
Apply a client-focused approach when working through breaks in processes or deliverables and escalate appropriately when needed.
Works independently and exercises good judgment when making decisions to resolve inquiries and meet production and turnaround standards. Analyze research and respond to client inquiries.
Work on daily timeframe and ability to meet intraday Client SLAs for reporting.
Utilize systems and tools made available to pull reports and reconcile client activity.
Process through requests and inquiries with a sense of urgency and purpose while maintaining quality expectations.
To adjust to changing priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
Qualified candidate MUST have excellent Excel skills including being able to work with formulas, perform v-lookups, sorting, pivot tables, perform macros, etc.
2-3 years’ experience in working with large data – REQUIRED.
High School Diploma
Residential mortgage loan documents and GSE requirements for Document Custodians a plus.
PC based desktop applications.
