Job Summary :
The Imaging Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day projects within the mailroom operations.
They Resolve issues, adhere to the mailroom's standards, monitor timelines and results.

Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects. Manage project timelines, quality and outcome of Customers orders.
Lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees.
Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand.
Ability to assist in the invoicing process.
Job Requirements :
Education : High school diploma is required , College diploma will be a plus
Experience : 3 to 5 years ' experience in a similar field
Ability to manage a team of 8 to 12 subordinates
Ability to pass a background check
Job Skills and Knowledge
Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skill
Good Computer Knowledge
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
