Warehouse Coordinator needed at Iron Mountain

Our Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Supervisor by implementing best practices in the Warehouses and assisting the warehouse team in item processing, packing and pulling items for delivery. The Warehouse Coordinator role also includes going out into the field as a driver, assisting with pick-ups/deliveries and interacting with customers.
Full-Time Compensation and Schedule: $19.00-$23.00/Hour (Overtime after 8 hours daily/40 Hours per week)
Sunday- Wednesday- 6:00AM-4:00PM (1 position)
Sunday- Thursday -4:00 pm-12:30 am (1 Position)
Wednesday- Saturday- 11am to 9pm ( 1 Position)

What you’ll do:
Motivate Associates to be efficient, productive, and promote a healthy happy work environment
Lead the workflow of warehouse processing
Coordinate and lead the team to ensure all roles are being fulfilled safely
Report on daily production outcomes
Implement new ideas and processes that will drive overall efficiencies while leading by example, especially on the Warehouse floor
Pack, Wrap, secure and move boxes, furniture, appliances and other residential items
Scan and categorize customer goods using mobile technology.
Load items into box truck to be transported from origination point.
Unload items from box truck into destination point.
While onsite, you will respond to client questions and concerns by serving as the face of the company (operating in a professional, courteous, and patient manner at all times).

Must have Supervisory Experience
Must have box truck driving experience.
You are comfortable with managing a team
Climb/step-up into a truck cab.
Lift at least 70 lbs.
Ability to move, pack/unload at customer site for extended periods of time.
Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time.
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Demonstrate safe and efficient driving skills.
