Iron Mountain/Makespace is a moving and storage company that services a residential customer base in 11 major markets across the U.S and Canada. We specialize in residential moving services (packing, wrapping, securing and moving all residential goods).
The Operations Superviso r oversees all daily operations of the center in the most cost-effective and customer-satisfying manner. This leader will coach a high-performance team and adhere to federal, state and Iron Mountain regulations.
Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday -- 6:30AM-4:00PM

What you’ll do:
Supervises and assigns specific responsibilities to all operations personnel
Motivates, mentors and empowers team to meet and exceed standards or set goals
Monitors employee attendance, productivity and other performance markers
Effectively uses metrics to aid accountability and measure performance
Possesses excellent communication skills
Ensures that the branch provides the finest internal and external customer service
Builds internal and external relationships; fosters collaboration
Provides relief coverage for operational duties when employees utilize time off or are absent and prepares accurate reports
Is open to weekend work, if required
Ensures compliance of all federal, state and company regulations
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record; able to pass pre-employment drug testing and a background investigation as conditions of employment
Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds
Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, operations or other service-related environment
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
GSuite Application Knowledge and Slack & Looker preferred
Strong attention to detail and strong customer service skills; values customers and communicates with them in a professional manner
