Iron Mountain are currently looking for a Client Services Records Operative (Project Specialist) to join our team in Bristol
This is a six-month fixed term contract, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for completing our customers records removals & transportation to our facilities. Being the face of the company, excellent customer service is essential for this role. Your duties will include visiting our clients & boxing up client or medical records, completing sheets for box contents descriptions. i.e. ranges, dates accurately then boxes with be transported back to our records facility by our logistics drivers. You will be someone who enjoys problem solving and thinking outside the box to ensure that all projects run smoothly for our clients.

Travel within the role.
The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and use of own car for travel purposes & be willing to travel in own vehicle. (mileage expenses given for driving own vehicle). Occasional work away & hotel stays would be required (expenses paid)

The role requires manual handling of physical documents and boxes, the successful candidate requires a good level of physical fitness, as well as;
