Location: 3000 2nd Avenue South Birmingham, AL 35233
Hours:
Friday 1:00am - 7:00am Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm - 7:00am (30hrs a week)
or
Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm (24 hrs a week)
Pay: 16.50 per hour
Requirements and Competencies:
Customer Service / ROI Specialist is to focus specifically on the role of Customer Service Representative.
Answer phone calls from requesters, look up request details in the online system for status check updates.
Experience:
1-3 years of Customer Service experience in a Healthcare environment REQUIRED
1-3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in health information management or a release of information role.
