Join our team as an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our scanning center in Berlin. You'll guarantee exceptional service delivery, maintain business standards, and foster strong customer relationships. If you have a knack for leadership, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a passion for driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

Your role in our mission

  • Lead the daily operations to ensure prompt, high-quality service and exceed customer expectations.

  • Ensure adherence to business standards, prioritizing health, safety, and personnel welfare.

  • Nurture enduring customer relationships, actively addressing their requirements and feedback.

  • Maintain precise records of service requests and essential reports.

  • Participate in client meetings, actively contributing to contract negotiations.

  • Supervise workflow consistency and evaluate staff performance.

  • Drive recruitment efforts and foster staff development initiatives.

  • Sustain facility standards to enhance both customer and employee satisfaction.

  • Analyze service delivery metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
