Production Floor Lead
Long Term Perm
Shift: Monday - Friday
Start Time: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Hours per week: 40
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Ensure daily production metrics are met.
Walk production floor, ensure QA, assist team members on various projects
Train and assist with onboarding of new employees, train team on production updates and new processes
Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand.
Minimum of three years of document scanning or prepping experience
Prior lead or supervisory experience
Basic understanding of project completion timelines, handling external client communication, and pulling daily/weekly reports
