Document Quality Assurance Team Lead

Full Time Perm

Shift: Monday - Friday

Start Time: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Hours per week: 40

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily production metrics are met.

  • Walk production floor, ensure QA, assist team members on various projects

  • Train and assist with onboarding of new employees, train team on production updates and new processes

  • Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of three years of document scanning or prepping experience

  • Prior lead or supervisory experience

  • Basic understanding of project completion timelines, handling external client communication, and pulling daily/weekly reports
